One word for you...

Isn't the weather glorious? I can't believe it's supposed to get cold again, we've been having such a lovely time in the garden, tidying it up, sowing tomatoes and introducing Moot to her paddling pool. Don't let The Pout fool you, she likes it.

It's been a really, really busy month. Lots of travelling - France, Canada and Italy - and trying to sort out things in the house while simultaneously doing lots of fretting about going back to work next month. Yup, the party comes to an end mid-June, but frankly I'm an ungrateful sod to be complaining. I'll be doing just two (albeit very long) days a week, and Moot with be with a great childminder who lives literally across the road.

All this has left little time for crafting. My sister's dress is cut out but otherwise untouched. I've started knitting a red sweater for Moot, but I'm not even half-way through the back, and other knitting projects have been abandoned.

Now for the 'one word' of the post title... Gocco! Yes, Gocco. Since we have no room for a table-top letterpress, my sweetie got me a Gocco for my birthday. Sigh. It's lovely. I have a gazillion card ideas stewing in my head, waiting for... the rest of the kit to turn up. The bulbs, screens and inks haven't arrived yet.

So, another word: patience.
